✅ 29 arrests ✅ 46 dispersal notices issued ✅ 44 intelligence submissions ✅ 9 stop searches ✅ 9 anti-social behaviour referrals ✅ 473 engagements with residents, businesses and visitors ✅ 26 e-scooters seized and destroyed The difference being made This activity has contributed to continued positive results within the town centre: We have also received positive feedback from businesses, retailers and transport partners who report improvements in behaviour within the town centre and around the bus station. A wider policing effort It is important to note that these figures represent Neighbourhood Policing Team activity only. In addition to this work, the town centre continues to benefit from patrols, enforcement activity and investigations carried out by specialist policing departments and other operational teams across South Wales Police, all working together to keep Bridgend safe. What next? We know visible policing remains important to residents and businesses. We will continue to focus on anti-social behaviour, drug-related activity and those whose behaviour has the greatest impact on our communities, whilst working closely with partner agencies to address underlying causes and support those who need help. Thank you for continuing to tell us what matters most to you.
